A Hybrid ML-LLM Pipeline for Automated Build Failure Classification and Remediation in CI/CD

This paper presents a two-stage pipeline that pairs an SVM classifier with Google Gemini to automatically classify CI/CD build failures and generate git patches for actionable code errors. Evaluated on 2,000 build logs, it reached 97.0% classification accuracy and a 93.5% patch success rate.
