This paper builds an n8n orchestration layer that automates SDLC workflows across Jira, GitHub, Vercel, and Slack, then evaluates it with the four DORA metrics. Over a 73-day case study with 30 deployments, it reached a High deployment frequency and an Elite change failure rate of 3.33%, while lead time and recovery time stayed Medium because of human review.
